Mesfer Al-Atifi

A lawyer and legal consultant with over fifteen years of distinguished professional experience in judicial, criminal, and commercial sectors. His career is marked by substantial service within judicial and prosecutorial authorities, including over twelve years as a member of the Public Prosecution and a tenure at the Ministry of Justice. He later transitioned into private practice, founding his firm with a specialized focus on criminal law, commercial law, litigation, and the management of high-sensitivity, legally complex portfolios.

Through his professional journey, he has played a pivotal role in drafting and reviewing numerous cases involving financial-criminal and commercial matters. He has actively participated in specialized workshops focused on anti-money laundering (AML) and economic crimes. Notably, he has represented the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in various regional and international committees and workshops. His contributions extend to high-level Saudi delegations at conferences addressing commercial fraud and economic offenses. Furthermore, he has significantly contributed to building national capabilities in AML by providing expert opinions on the Procedural Manual for Combating Money Laundering Crimes and through his former membership in joint task forces comprising judicial, financial, and regulatory authorities.
